Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the shielding fabric is not folded sharply.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab verifies the integrity of the garment's protective lining, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
